To celebrate the launch of Aimee Song’s Holiday capsule collection with Madewell, Care of Chan threw a festive dinner party at the iconic Flamingo Estate in Los Angeles -- embodying the elevated yet approachable and chic nature of the collaboration. Guests, who were dressed in the collection, mixed and mingled to holiday classics from a live band before enjoying a 3-course seated dinner by Chef Sandy Ho showcasing Aimee’s personal culinary taste. To conclude the evening, we orchestrated a champagne sabre and dessert procession featuring treats from Pastry Chef Sasha Piligian.
