The Resy Dream Team Dinners is an experiential series launched by Resy in Spring 2025. The series pairs trailblazing chefs with their dream collaborators to celebrate — and to showcase — how inspiration fuels innovation in the ever-evolving culinary world. For one night only, each chef-collaborator duo came together to host an intimate, multi-course dinner with dishes that take cues from both the chef’s and collaborator’s unique contributions to the world of dining as we know it.
